Shipping Terms and Conditions

At The Bespoke Bookish Box, each order is hand-packed with care and customised just for you. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

 

UK orders-All our boxes are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery within the UK.

 

International orders-We offer Tracked International Shipping to selected countries – delivery times vary by region. 

 

Please note: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Every country's rules are different, small orders often fly through with no issues, but it depends on where you are located and what you order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier processing. 

 

By placing an order with us, you agree to pay any applicable custom charges and understand that refusal to pay may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for shipping or unreturned items. 

 

If you are unsure, it's always a good idea to check with your local customs office.

 

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping as a delivery attempt has already been made. We can offer a reshipment as long as the shipping has been re-paid.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by seasonal demand or courier delays.

 

 

Returns/Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is prepared based on your selected preferences, colours, and themes — making it uniquely yours.

 

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Disliking the surprise contents
  • Incorrect customisation details provided by the customer

Order Issues or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. 

 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of all received products

 

Please check through the packing peanuts carefully for all of your items as some of our stock is very small!
