What’s the difference between Mystery Bundles and Pre-Set Boxes?
Mystery Bundles are made up of randomly selected items, with at least one Premium Pick guaranteed. The rest is a surprise — though we tailor the colours and theme based on your preferences.
Pre-Set Boxes include a fixed set of handpicked items, and are customised to match your selected colour themes and things you love. You’ll know the type of items you’ll receive, but not the exact designs
What are Premium Picks?
Premium Picks are high-quality or exclusive stationery items we’ve specially selected — like book sleeves, themed journals, or collectible accessories. These are included in all Pre-Set Boxes and Mystery Bundles, depending on the tier you choose.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are customised just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll help make it right.
How do I tell you my favourite colours or themes?
At checkout, you’ll be asked to fill in a customisation form where you can tell us your:
- Favourite colours
- Reading or design themes (e.g. dark academia, pastel, floral, etc.)
- Things you love (e.g. cats, books, stars, coffee)
We’ll use this to personalise your box as much as possible!
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
UK Tracked: 2–3 business days
International tracked: Varies by location
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Can I watch my order being packed?
Yes! For just £4.99, you can add a TikTok Packing Video to your order. We'll film your items being picked and packed, and post the video to our TikTok with a personalised touch. Please be aware that your video may come in two parts if you have placed a large order.
